What Is

Tyrfil?

TyrFil™ is the leading polyurethane tire fill solution engineered to eliminate flat tires in Off-the-Road (OTR) equipment. By replacing air with a resilient synthetic elastomer, TyrFil completely removes the risk of flats, ensuring continuous operation even in the harshest and most demanding environments. It is pumped into OTR vehicle tires and cures into a flexible, durable material that acts as a shock absorber, offering exceptional ride quality and protection.

Unlike traditional flatproofing options such as solid tires, cores, or liners, TyrFil offers superior performance and long-term cost-effectiveness. Its advanced polyurethane composition delivers a perfect balance of flexibility and strength, making it the most efficient and reliable solution for industries where tire failure is not an option.

Tyrfil The only solution for Solid Shock

What is Solid Shock?
Solid Shock refers to the harsh impact of G-force vibration transmission to heavy industrial vehicle operators and their equipment from solid aperture tires. Not only is Solid Shock a major source of wear and tear on machines, but it’s also a leading cause of operator injury.

Solid Shock to Operator
Daily exposure to Solid Shock can cause the operator to experience head-aches, lower back pain, joint pain and fatigue. Prolonged exposure can lead to Whole Body Vibration (WBV), a serious physiological condition.

Solid Shock to Equipment
Solid Shock transfers unnecessary excessive G-force on equipment causing costly and premature wear and tear.

Reducing Solid Shock and Increasing Productivity Begins with Tire Selection, As a part of any Solid Shock prevention program, tire choice is paramount to decreasing exposure to excessive G-force transmissions and the resulting adverse health risks.

Tyrfil in Defense Sector

TyrFil RePneuTV is a high-performance liquid polyurethane pumped into the tire through the valve stem, replacing all air and curing to a resilient, synthetic ballistic core. The material is delivered via a positive displacement pump at a one-to-one ratio, achieving the desired final pressure, and cures to 30 +/- 2 Shore-A within 24 hours without external heat. This technology ensures troops remain expeditionary and mobile, even with interdicted tires, to complete missions and reach safety zones. Optimal military tire performance demands specific criteria to sustain mobility and mission success under extreme conditions.
